Steps Explained:
  1. Enter Foreign Citizen Applicant details as asked in the form.
  2. Then after fees payment, submit documents for review via email or on our website.
  3. Once documents are verified, applicant will receive Foreign Citizen PAN PDF Form along with instructions to paste 2 photos and sign the form.
  4. Send signed Foreign Citizen PAN Correction Form to our India Office by Post/Courier along with proof documents copies.
PAN Card Delivery for Foreign Citizen
  • Once documents are received to our India Office, they are submitted to PAN department for PAN Correction.
  • PAN Department process the Foreign Citizen PAN Correction form and update PAN Applicant details in their records.
  • When Foreign Citizen PAN Correction Form is processed:
    1. Foreign Citizen Applicant will receive digital PAN Card Soft copy i.e. ePAN in E-mail.
    2. Physical PAN Card will be sent to Foreign Citizen Applicant's Address via International Speed Post
Processing Time for Foreign Citizen PAN Correction
  • Once documents are received to our India Office, PAN Department will process PAN Correction Form in 1 or 2 weeks.
  • After PAN Correction Form is processed, Foreign Citizen applicant will receive ePAN in email immediately.
  • Physical Card is also dispatched via international speed post. It takes approx. 2 to 3 weeks for delivery after form is processed.

  • Each applicant receives an acknowledgment number after the submission of documents for Foreign Citizen PAN Correction.

    • Marriage Certificate
    • Passport showing Husband's name
    • Deed Poll executed with lawyer mentioning both old name and new name
    • Statutory Declaration executed with lawyer mentioning both old & new names
    • Certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer
    • Publication of Name change in Official Gazette
