Steps Explained:
  1. Enter NRI Applicant details as asked in the form.
  2. Then after fees payment, submit documents for review via email or on our website.
  3. Once documents are verified, applicant will receive NRI PAN PDF Form along with instructions to paste 2 photos and sign the form.
  4. Send signed NRI PAN Reprint Form to our India Office by Post/Courier along with proof documents copies.
PAN Card Delivery for NRI
  • Once documents are received to our India Office, they are submitted to PAN department for PAN Reprint.
  • PAN Department process the NRI PAN Reprint form and update PAN Applicant details in their records.
  • When NRI PAN Reprint Form is processed:
    1. NRI Applicant will receive digital PAN Card Soft copy i.e. ePAN in E-mail.
    2. Physical PAN Card will be sent to NRI Applicant's Address via International Speed Post
Processing Time for NRI PAN Reprint
  • Once documents are received to our India Office, PAN Department will process PAN Reprint Form in 1 or 2 weeks.
  • After PAN Reprint Form is processed, NRI applicant will receive ePAN in email immediately.
  • Physical Card is also dispatched via international speed post. It takes approx. 2 to 3 weeks for delivery after form is processed.

  • NRI Applicants can track their NRI PAN Reprint Application status using our Our PAN Card Tracker.
  • Each applicant receives an acknowledgment number after the submission of documents for NRI PAN Reprint.
  • Use the same acknowledgment number to track your NRI PAN Reprint Application on our website.
Documents Required for NRI PAN Reprint
  • NRI Applicant needs to provide Name Identity Proof & Address Proof.
  • Name Identity Proof should have Full Name of Applicant with Photo.
  • Address Proof should have Overseas Address with Applicant Name.
