Steps Explained:
  1. Enter OCI Applicant details as asked in the form.
  2. Then after fees payment, submit documents for review via email or on our website.
  3. Once documents are verified, applicant will receive OCI PAN PDF Form along with instructions to paste 2 photos and sign the form.
  4. Send signed OCI PAN Correction Form to our India Office by Post/Courier along with proof documents copies.
PAN Card Delivery for OCI
  • Once documents are received to our India Office, they are submitted to PAN department for PAN Correction.
  • PAN Department process the OCI PAN Correction form and update PAN Applicant details in their records.
  • When OCI PAN Correction Form is processed:
    1. OCI Applicant will receive digital PAN Card Soft copy i.e. ePAN in E-mail.
    2. Physical PAN Card will be sent to OCI Applicant's Address via International Speed Post
Processing Time for OCI PAN Correction
  • Once documents are received to our India Office, PAN Department will process PAN Correction Form in 1 or 2 weeks.
  • After PAN Correction Form is processed, OCI applicant will receive ePAN in email immediately.
  • Physical Card is also dispatched via international speed post. It takes approx. 2 to 3 weeks for delivery after form is processed.
Track OCI PAN Correction Status
  • OCI Applicants can track their OCI PAN Correction Application status using our Our PAN Card Tracker.
  • Each applicant receives an acknowledgment number after the submission of documents for OCI PAN Correction.
  • Use the same acknowledgment number to track your OCI PAN Correction Application on our website.
Documents Required for OCI PAN Correction
  • OCI Applicant needs to provide Name Identity Proof & Address Proof.
  • Name Identity Proof should have Full Name of Applicant with Photo.
  • Address Proof should have Overseas Address with Applicant Name.

    • OCI (Overseas Citizen of India Card)
    • PIO (Person of Indian Origin Card)

    • Overseas Bank Account Statement (Foreign Country Bank Statement)
    • NRE Bank Account Statement in India
  • For Surname change after Marriage: (Any One of following)
    • Marriage Certificate
    • Passport showing Husband's name
    • Deed Poll executed with lawyer mentioning both old name and new name
    • Statutory Declaration executed with lawyer mentioning both old & new names
    • Certificate issued by a Gazetted Officer
    • Publication of Name change in Official Gazette
