Cancellation & Refund Policy

NriPanWiz.com believes in providing first class customer service to applicants and so we have reasonable cancellation and refund policy.

Refund Mode & Duration

Refunds are issued to customers online (via Credit Cards, PayPal, Razorpay, or PayU). We complete the refund process within 24 hours of receiving a request from the customer.

During Processing - Schedule of Partial Refund

Applicants are eligible for a full or partial refund based on the stage of processing at which the cancellation request is made.

For a same-day refund, please email us or call us immediately. If you phone the bank, your refund may be delayed owing to bank case procedures.

Stage 1: Before reviewing the applicant's supporting documents submitted via email or website: 100% refund.

Stage 2: The first stage of document review is completed: 50% refund. (Because the applicant has already utilized services to prepare all relevant documents)

Submission of Physical Documents to PAN Officials

If a cancellation request is received after PAN documents have been submitted to government officials, no refund will be issued.

Professional Consulting Services

We do not sell any products. Customers who have fully utilised our expert consulting services will not be eligible for a refund. Our professionals have already spent their time, expertise and resources reviewing and verifying the supporting documents. As a result, no payment will be refunded after the consulting services have been consumed.

Digital Download

A digital copy of the PAN card is sent to the applicants via email. No refunds will be given after the digital PAN Card is delivered. Forms 49AA, 49A, and CSF can be downloaded as digital documents in PDF format, per the guidelines provided by the Indian government. For record-keeping purposes, clients have the option to download the digital content or get it via email. Customers who have finished downloading the bespoke data in Government Format digitally utilising website automation will not receive a refund.

Validity Period of Service

Within six months following the payment date, applicants are eligible to utilize services from NriPanWiz.com. Applicants are requested to submit the necessary paperwork within the service validity time in order to start the PAN card application procedure.
